Manager (f/m/d) Group Accounting

YOUR TASKS:

- You will prepare the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as well as the notes to the financial statements in accordance with IFRS, analyze the individual financial statements of our subsidiaries and support our local accounting teams on specific consolidation topics. You will actively participate in the audit of the consolidated financial statements and support management in decision-making, as well as external auditors during the audit process.
- With your expertise, you will ensure both the quality of the accounting and compliance with the Group Accounting Policy in accordance with IFRS standards.
- You will actively participate in the creation and continuous updating of the Group IFRS Accounting Policy and conduct group-wide training sessions
- You will monitor, coordinate and implement the consolidation tasks, such as capital and consolidation of capital and liabilities, consolidation of income and expenses and elimination of intercompany profits.
- As a contact person, you clarify IFRS fundamental issues and take over communication with our subsidiaries regarding various accounting topics.
- You will proactively support the continuous optimization of Group accounting tools and processes
- of Group accounting, and further develop the Group Accounting Policy and the Chart of Accounts in accordance with IFRS.
- You will prepare the accounting templates for investment and equity changes.
- You will support the implementation of the new consolidation software LucaNet.

YOUR PROFILE:

- Successfully completed studies in business administration with a focus on finance/accounting or commercial training with further training as a balance sheet accountant.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in auditing or group accounting in a comparable position, ideally in an international environment
- Very good knowledge of accounting and group accounting according to IFRS and HGB
- Knowledge in consolidation with SAP-BPC or SEM-BCS is desirable
- Experience with SAP R/3 (especially FI)
- Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- High IT affinity for the implementation of new systems
- Hands-on mentality, strong communication skills in combination with a confident as well as authoritative appearance and a team-oriented way of working complete your profile.
