AROUNDTOWN Commercial Properties (ATCP) is the asset management platform for Aroundtown SA, the largest listed commercial real estate company in Germany. ATCP acts as owner representative thus managing, leasing and optimising the commercial real estate portfolio, which, in addition to typical office properties, also includes industrial, logistics and retail properties. In addition to our company headquarters in Berlin, Aroundtown Commercial Properties holds branch offices in Munich, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hanover and Leipzig. Financing Specialist (m/f/d)
Possible working place: Berlin or Frankfurt
Your tasks
• Support in financing of our real estate assets and management of existing real estate financings
• Selection of suitable financing partners and presentation of the financing project
• Analysis and selection of financing offers and preparation of decision templates for the management
• Negotiating the financing agreements, considering the commercial conditions and internal and external legal and tax advice
• Engagement with banks and other stakeholders in the company (e. g. asset management, controlling, legal)
• Preparation of internal and external reportings, continuous monitoring of loan covenants
• Cash Flow analysis in MS Excel
• Support with preparation of data rooms
Your profile
• Experience in financing or in the Real Estate field
• University degree or similar in Finance or formal training in a bank / real estate company
• Good communication skills and analytical talent
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and data management
• Self-starter who, with the right tools and guidance, likes taking initiative
• Proficiency in spoken and written German and English
