Senior Expert Compensation & Benefits – share plan specialist (m/f/x)
Your role:
The global introduction and development of share programs for employees, including their system-level mapping, is at the heart of your role. You will also contribute to sub-processes like election, accrual and payout processes, of our Share Matching Scheme and Performance Share Plan. You will also provide support for the taxation process relating to pecuniary benefits from shares, including mobility cases (multiple country cases). This also involves coordinating with internal specialists as well as tax advisors and the plan administrator to ensure the successful execution of the share program. Over and above this, you will provide flanking support to managers in connection with their questions regarding their share plans.
What you bring:
Your professional expertise is built on a degree in economics or a comparable qualification as well as several years of experience in the area of compensation, share programs or mobility.
You are also at home with issues relating to tax and social security law at international level, ideally within the context of share programs.
You are accustomed to managing complex data and reports, and call upon your analytical and conceptual know-how in this regard.
In addition to exceptional project management expertise, you are self-assured and assertive in your professional dealings.
Your profile also sets itself apart through your interest in IT and your very good German and English skills.
