About the Team: Sales Operations is part of the Finance and Operations Team within Texas Instruments and supports all facets of customer operational needs including Customer Operations, Asset Management, Enterprise Systems & Processes, Forecasting & Tool and Pricing Execution. The Customer Operations team is focused on eliminating barriers to achieving annual revenue plans by driving optimal backlog coverage and proactive order management. The Customer Operations Team serves as a pivotal role in the experiences our consumers have and accelerate operational performance to drive Customer Satisfaction and revenue growth.

You will have the ability to work in direct collaboration with business unit partners, customers and sales teams to proactively identify potential revenue and demand disruption and drive supply chain improvements.In the Customer Operations Team you will get a unique understanding of how TI transacts business with our customers. Knowledge and exposure to various functions and business processes within TI including but not limited to Sales, Planning, Logistics, Receivables and Credits and Asset Management will path your way to grow your career within TI.
Main Responsibilities:
Eliminate barriers to achieve revenue plans by driving optimal backlog coverage while monitoring demand trends
Act as customer advocate within TI and drive projects to increase customer satisfaction
Build a strong business relationship with the supply chain community at each account and develop an in depth knowledge of the customer’s procurement methodologies
Develop understanding of key market & demand drivers
Identify weaknesses in supply chain for each customer; determine and implement optimal supply chain solution for each site / program / device together with cross-functional project teams
Monitor Customer Operation’s scorecard and identify and implement corrective action
Management of critical supply escalations
Identify and implement processes to decrease organizational workload
Monitor and enforce TI terms and conditions including change order and cancellation windows, forecast liability, and inventory freshness
Required skillset:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain or similar preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience
Solid understanding Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistic and Operational Processes
Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
Team player, with the ability to work effectively and influence across functional, geographical, and cultural boundaries
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to proactively adapt to varying responsibilities to achieve business results
Strong analytical skills including problem solving/root cause analysis
Quick learner on new tools and processes
